Return Policy

Happy and loyal customers make companies successful and customers ‘satisfaction is our ultimate goal.  

We would love to reach a 100% satisfaction rate with our customers; however we have more realistically to also consider instances, where a customer’s experience with MIBODIA could be below his/her expectations. We have therefore set in place a Return Policy that will give you some peace of mind, when purchasing with MIBODIA.


You may return any item purchased on for a full refund, so long the following requirements are met:

➤ Your return is within 21 days (including weekends) of your package’s delivery. After this deadline, your purchase will not qualify for a refund.

➤ Your item has been purchased on 

➤ You provide the original invoice relating to your online purchase.

➤ The item must be in its new original conditions: unaltered, unworn, and unwashed, with the original hangtag still attached. Products that are missing or have altered or damaged tags cannot be refunded.

Used, worn, dirty, washed, ironed articles even with the original hangtag still attached, will not qualify for a refund.

Articles damaged by negligence or misuse will not qualify for a refund. By misuse we intend an improper use of our goods in ways that were clearly not intended for said products.

Shipping fees to return an article/item/purchase are at your expenses, unless the return is either the result of our error (wrong item/color) or caused by a defective item.

We refer to a defective item as a product that, following a glitch occurring during the manufacturing process, is:

➤ Not in conditions to stand up to the use(s) which it was originally designed for.

➤ Showing clearly-visible unaesthetic flaws. Excluded from unaesthetic flaws are irregular loop patterns or crests.

Please rest assured such circumstances are rather unlikely as we allocate considerable resources to our quality control to ensure all our products meet our high quality standards, not only before they reach our storage facilities but also throughout the entire manufacturing process.

As previously mentioned, we will provide a full refund for any defective products, in addition to the original shipping costs and those incurred for the return.

Any returned product that will eventually not qualify to a refund upon close inspection, will be sent back to the original sender. In addition to this, any additional cost occurring during this procedure (handling and new shipping fees) will be charged to the original sender.


In case you wish to exchange a product purchased on, you will need first to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. Please note that refunds are possible, only if the item you wish to return, meets the necessary conditions outlined in the afore-mentioned Refunds section.

Procedure to return an item

In case you return is either the result of our error (wrong item/color) or because of a defective item, please send us an email at the address, attaching photos and/or videos clearly highlighting the problem(s) in question.

Once your request approved, we will then provide you with a return shipping label and instructions to correctly prepare your package.

In case your return is not due to a defective product, once you made sure to meet the above-mentioned requirements, you can return your item at the following address:

We encourage the use of a traceable shipping method for your return otherwise MIBODIA will not assume any responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments.

Shipping costs incurred to return your item are at your expenses and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

As soon as we’ll receive your returned article, we will duly inspect it and notify you whether you qualify or not for a full refund. In case you do, we will then process within at least two working days, a refund in the same form of payment as the original purchase and send you a confirmation email. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process your refund and for it to reach your account.

If within 3 to 5 business days of our last confirmation email, you still haven’t received the refund, please get in touch with your financial institutions: first your credit card company then, if necessary, your bank. 

As a final note, from the moment you have shipped your returned item please allow at least 21 days, as a rough estimation, for the refund process to be completed (i.e for receiving your money back). However, we stress the fact that there might be instances where the entire return process might take longer to be completed.

Before processing any purchase, carefully read our Return Policy to get familiar with its terms and conditions; it only takes a short moment and spares you some possible unpleasant surprises. Upon delivery of your shipment, take few minutes to thoroughly inspect your purchased item to make sure it correctly matches your order and it  is not defective.

In case you wish to return an item, please get in touch with us providing as many details as possible, regarding the inconveniences you’re experiencing with your purchase.  

It might be possible that an item purchased on will be subject to additional taxes, at point of entry in your country of delivery, depending on the current regulations in effect, in your country of delivery. Please note that none of these additional fees/duties/taxes depend in no way from MIBODIA but are collected by the shipping companies on behalf of local border customs authorities. 

Taxes and Custom Duties

As a Canada-based company, MIBODIA charges applicable taxes (federal and provincial), solely on purchases shipped within Canada. In case your shipping address is outside of Canada, it might be possible that you will be requested to pay additional local taxes or custom duties, on top of what we already charged you (retail price and shipping fees), when your purchase reaches the entry point of your country. 

Please note that none of these additional taxes depend in any way, shape or form from MIBODIA. These are collected by your country’s customs agency/border services. Before completing a purchase online, we strongly suggest you get in touch with the afore-mentioned authorities, to find out whether the item you intend to buy on will be subject to these additional taxes and duties.

To this end, it will be useful to mention to the relevent authorities the following code 6302.99.90.00, which is the so-called HS code (Harmonized System Code) used to export our products.
